Literally everyone was rocking it, from Hulk Hogan to John Stamos, and yes, even Ellen, everyone was guilty of this fashion crime. Still, considering this was 30-40 years ago, we can almost forgive it. It’s just what people were doing. But… What’s this girl’s excuse? This photo looks really recent, and we sincerely hope she didn’t go to the stylist this decade and ask for specifically that.
