Red, white, and blue. Juicy steaks on the grill, with a Sunday football game ready to be watched. Hot dogs at a baseball game. These are only a mere handful of things that characterize American culture. We all know what it means to us, but sometimes there are other cultures that may not quite get it.
Indeed, people that didn’t grow up in America may not necessarily identify with everything that goes on in the United States. Some of the customs that you’ve grown up doing your entire life are all second nature to you. For non-Americans, however, they may find what you’re doing kind of strange.
