If you’re currently a high school student, we have two pieces of advice for you. 1) Embrace your teenage years, because adult life sucks and 2) choose your college of choice wisely. Although you may already know where you want to go in your career and what you want to do with your life (lucky), choosing the right college will always play a part in how that pans out. Although it’s always great to set your expectations high with prestigious colleges and universities, it might be an idea to also pick a university with a high-acceptance rate just in case. If you’re lucky, your chosen college might already be easy to get into!
Utah Valley University
Considering Utah Valley University is the largest college in the state of Utah, you’d think that it would be pretty darn difficult to get into. Thankfully, it’s the complete opposite! With an acceptance rate of an incredible 99.9%, it’s almost impossible to not get a place in this state of the art college. This should be the best news ever for anyone wanting to get into the world of technology, as Utah Valley love to take on the newest inventions under the backdrop of beautiful mountains. You really couldn’t make it up.
University of Texas – El Paso
Because there are so many universities in Texas, many people forget that El Paso is there, but we think it deserves credit for being so awesome and letting in a whopping 99.9% of its applicants! This college is hugely popular with Mexican-American students but caters for people from all backgrounds that wish to better their education. Not only are they a research university, but they also offer postgraduate students incredible opportunities to earn grants to complete their PhDs. What could be better than that?
University of Maryland University College
Ladies and gentlemen, we have the first college on the list which offers 100% of its students a place on their campus! At least, that’s if you get the grades and don’t get expelled during your last weeks of high school (resist the urge, people). In 2013, this college broke the record as they enrolled more students than any other four-year college in the country that offers grants for its students. This is because their goal is to put all of their students first and to give everyone the opportunity to better themselves.
Academy of Art University
If you’re looking to become a huge name in the world of art, then you just have to apply for the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. For starters, you get to live in San Fran, but you also get the opportunity to obtain your degree online! Although much of the work is done through computers, the students always come together for impressive art shows and exhibitions. Considering this college accepts 100% of its applicants, you’ve got this one in the bag.
Montana State University – Northern
Montana State University offers a whole host of majors and minors for students from across the world, and they accept 100% of their applicants every single year. Not bad, ey?
